SHIPPING + RETURNS
Shipping costs are included in the price.
All shipments, national and international, will be made via CTT - Correios de Portugal, S.A. - under the registered mail form. The registered mail has an associated registration number and can be followed on the CTT website – https://www.ctt.pt/feapl_2/app/open/objectSearch/objectSearch.jspx?lang=01 -
by entering the order registration number.
In Portuguese territory the registered mail usually takes 1 working day to reach the destination, under normal conditions. In international territory it takes 4/7 working days, under normal conditions.
If the order is not reclaimed within the indicated deadline, it will be returned to ARVOREDO, the new shipment will only be made after a new payment of shipping costs.
International shipping to countries outside the European Union is also registered with CTT (in Portugal) and, after arrival in the country of destination, by the official national postal company of the country. You can use the same registration number on the website of the national postal company to track your order.
If you require express delivery or alternative shipping companies, please contact us and we will provide you with a new price quote.
We are unable to refund packages that have been confirmed as delivered. Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure.
International Duties and Taxes:
ARVOREDO is not responsible for the payment of duties and taxes imposed by the country where the order is delivered.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
If your package is lost or stolen, we will do everything we can to assist you. However, we are no longer responsible once your order is in transit.
According to the Portuguese law, all articles have 2 years warranty, from the date that the purchase invoice is issued. However, ARVOREDO excludes any liability for damages to articles derived from lack of precaution and from improper and neglected use.
Exchanges and Returns:
It is possible to exchange your order within 30 days after the invoice is issued, as long as the article is in the state in which it was purchased and by presenting the invoice/certificate of warranty of the purchase. We therefore recommend that if you wish to exchange, you must keep the order in the package and save the invoice. The exchange is only allowed for an item of equal or greater value. In the latter case the customer has to pay the difference of the cost of the piece.
If the exchange is for reasons of some defect of the articles or misconception on our part, ARVOREDO assumes the shipping costs associated with resending the articles.
If you wish to make an exchange you must tell us as soon as possible by emailing and communicating the intent and the reason for exchange. Return and resending shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility. Order will be shipped upon receiving exchanged items
If you are unsure of your ring size, please visit your local jeweler for a fitting. Please note that we do not accept exchanges for incorrect sizing. We do offer resizing for a 20 euros fee.
Please consider that each ARVOREDO piece is made to order. You can return within 14 days of the arrival of your purchase. For both domestic and international returns, return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility. To return, you must send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and send your product to:

The returned Products will be sent at the Customer’s expense and risk. Products not accompanied by their original packaging or returned in a state unfit for resale may be rejected and sent back to the Customer: in this case, no refund will be given. Given the significant value of certain Products, the Customer is advised to insure the Products when returning them to ARVOREDO studio to ensure that they are properly safeguarded and maintained until received by us. We are not responsible for any lost packages during the return process.
The refund will be made within a maximum period of 14 days after receiving the products at our studio.
Returns are not valid for made to order and customized items.
Repairs are accepted and are subject to a fee depending on the nature of the damage. If your ARVOREDO piece gets damaged and you need a repair, please contact us at email@example.com and we’ll do our best to assist you.
